We loved it! It was a great weekend for my whole family. The kitchen space was very roomy, we were able to sit together and play games and eat at the same time. The kids loved having their private room with foosball and air hockey. The fire place was so cozy, watching movies together. Definitely recommend this place!!!! Thank you Darlene

Spacious, simple, close to nature Cabin #12  Source: Homeaway

We had a wonderful getaway and get-together vacation with four families. It wouldn’t have been easy for us to spend time together otherwise who spread across California. Things in the cabin are neat and in order. We spent most of the time around the kitchen, especially we loved the fireplace that heats up the whole house quickly. Snow in 2017 is scarce in the Cali, but we still managed to find snow patches on Dodge Ridge and elsewhere to sled with the kids. It was a good experience for all of us to remember for a long time.

Outstanding Vacation Rental!  Cabin #19  Source: Homeaway

Perfect place for our family. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our four days in the snow. We were within walking distance to the Mi-Wuk market, Andy's Mountain Grill, and another restaurant/bar that we never made it to. Couldn't have hoped for a more cozy, comfortable home for our trip. Thank you for the great memories!

This cabin exceeded our expectations and was our favorite cabin that we've rented in the Pinecrest area so far (4th rental, all in winter). The layout is great - perfect for two families with kids (4 adults, 3 kids) - two bedrooms with their own bathroom. The cabin was immaculate when we arrived. There is a large living and dining area and a small but nicely laid out and functional kitchen. The fire place keeps the cabin nice and cozy. The kitchen is well-stocked with tools and small appliances and the washer/drier was especially convenient. Our kids loved exploring the area around the cabin and even loved hanging out on the large patio while it snowed. There is even a nice mud-room area where the laundry is which has a door to the patio so we could enter there and leave our wet boots and clothes. The cabin is also a short drive to Leland Snow Park and Dodge Ridge skiing and also close to small shops and restaurants (finally tried Mia's Pizza and it's GREAT!). The only thing that was missing, and it could have been that I missed it in the details, was garbage bags, hand soap and dishwasher soap. We came prepared with our toiletries, paper towels and toilet paper, but did not bring any garbage bags, hand soap or dishwasher soap. This was remedied by a quick trip to the general store in Pinecrest. Wish we had more time, we could not have been happier during our stay. Great family weekend away.

Awesome & Perfect for Our Family! Cabin #16  Source: HomeAway

We had a total of 17 people (adults - 8 and grandchildren - 9) - the cabin was perfect, plenty of room! One of the best features was no wifi -- the reconnecting and fun we all had was priceless! Many memories were made! Will definitely rent this cabin again! We took a short drive to Pinecrest Lake and hiked around the lake -- it was a beautiful day!!! We all slept very well that night :-)

Great little cabin for a quick stay in the mountains. Good location if you want to spend days at the lake (or Dodge in the winter too). Nice quiet neighborhood. Darlene is super easy to get a hold of and quick with responding to all of our questions.

Great location, close to small cozy lake with great fishing. Super quiet and great for families all of the locals were helpful and nice. My only complaint is it's very hot in August so we left all the windows open and it cooled down fine at night.

The property was clean and we all had a great time. It was comfortable for 7 of us with plenty of room. The only draw back was 1 shower only in the property. There are no games so please bring your own. Overall the experience was a 9 out of 10.

This cabin was just awesome. We were able to relax and enjoy are family and friends, even though there wasn’t much snow we got our fix hoping over to Leland snow park! Definitely book this cabin.

We had a great time in this cabin. It had just what we needed to gather for a great retreat weekend. It is big enough where you aren’t on top of each other while still keeping a cozy feel. We look forward to staying here again!
